3. Responsible for Content

The partners of Bangalore Easycoding LLP are collectively responsible for the content published on the Passly platform. Requests regarding content, legal matters, or data protection may be directed to legal@get-passly.com.

4. EU Representative

As Passly processes personal data of individuals located in the European Union and offers services directed at EU merchants and customers, Bangalore Easycoding LLP designates its legal contact at legal@get-passly.com as the primary point of contact for EU data subjects and supervisory authorities, pending the formal appointment of an EU representative pursuant to Article 27 GDPR. We are in the process of appointing a formally designated EU representative and will update this Imprint accordingly.

5. Data Hosting Infrastructure

All personal data collected through the Passly platform is currently stored and processed on AWS infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany (Region: eu-central-1). As Passly expands its services globally, data may in future be hosted across additional AWS regions. Any such expansion will be conducted in strict compliance with GDPR and applicable data transfer rules, including Chapter V GDPR safeguards for transfers outside the EEA. This Imprint and the accompanying Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect any changes to hosting arrangements before they take effect.

6. Disclaimer

The Passly platform aggregates and displays information provided by merchant subscribers. Bangalore Easycoding LLP is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content provided by merchants. Liability for external links is excluded upon notification of no illegal content at the time of linking. We request immediate notification if linked content infringes applicable law.

7. Regulatory Notice

Passly operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and does not hold a financial services, payment services, or retail licence. Merchants who operate regulated services remain solely responsible for holding all licences and permits required to operate their business and loyalty program in their jurisdiction.
